TNT is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for processing different types of tyres may it be Inspecting, Buffing, Rasping, and Curing. The retreading process is at par with international standard (7-Step) with stringent process audit & monitoring to ensure client satisfaction. The tyres are processed at inflation (with air pressure) similar to the condition of tyre in operation. Leading to maximum end-to-end crown width to have better ground coverage, control over vehicle and maximum mileage.  We work in close interaction with tyre companies in retreading and repairs to regularly upgrade with latest machinery & techniques

TNT understand the customer requirements, their usage, and applications. Helping them choose the right design & NSD of tread for higher mileage, quality & efficiency. We source the best quality treads from more than 12+ vendors based on their best offerings across the country in the likes of Elgi, Eastern, PAL, Indag, JK & more. These tyres are retreaded to technical specifications to suit leading international tyre brands, tread designs, and state-of-the-art machinery. Besides the main raw materials bonding gum, black vulcanizing cement & patches are procured with the highest quality standards, leading to consistency and stability in products.

TNT has self-developed its own digital platform cum ERP application to manage and monitor tyres and customer relationships. Leading to a consistent tyre quality at the entire range with better balanced and symmetrical tyres.

It is a Mobile & Web-based application with an in-house developed digital platform for managing & providing end-to-end services for managing tyres on the go for vehicle owners.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

Warranty & Claim

One year from the invoice date or 50% of tread depth, against any such failures arising out of defective material & workmanship only.

This warranty includes tread separation, patch separation, tread joint failures, poor finishing, or blunt design under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Does Not Include

  • Uneven wear due to mechanical defects

  • Center wear/shoulder wear due to improper air pressure

  • Early wear due to improper dualling

  • Casing burst or separated (air) due to impact of foreign objects etc.

  • Channel cracks due to under-inflation or overload

  • Early wear & tread chipping due to extreme surface & operating conditions

  • Any such failures which are caused by operational hazards & vehicle defects.

Claim Settlement

The claim tyre will be re-treaded or repaired free of cost.

Payment Terms

If the payment is not paid within 15 days from the invoice date, the amount carries 18% interest P.A. on the due amount.

The manufacture of a new medium truck tyre requires close to 110 liters of oil compared to a retreading which consumes less than 35 liters of oil to retread the same tyre.
